The Process of Screen Printing

The artwork is made into a positive image.

Once the artwork is confirmed, each layer is printed out onto an acetate film which is used to make the screens. This positive is used to create a stencil set in a screen.

You will require 1 film and screen per colour in the design.

Screen printing can print the clients design directly onto a wide variety of fabrics & papers.

We can hand print, use our semi automated screen bed, or a T-shirt printing carousel.
